Silva vows to return to Arsenal

Arsenal forward Wellington Silva, on loan in La Liga, told "Metro" that he has received his work permit and will be back at the club next season: "It’s a dream for me to play there. Arsenal is a great club. Unfortunately this was not possible because of these administrative concerns, but I’m ready now. If all goes well, I’ll be out there next season."
